Fluorescent Calibration Standards- Reliable Signal
Fluorescent calibration standards ensure reliable evaluation of your detector’s sensitivity. Our fluorescent beads consist of 3 µm polystyrene microspheres with embedded fluorescent dyes and defined Mean Fluorescence Intensity (MFI) values. Because of these characteristics, our fluorescent calibration standards enable precise quantification of PMT performance.
It is also possible to obtain particles with graded fluorescence intensities, which contributes to the validation of the linear response of detectors and amplifiers over a dynamic range.
Fluorescent standards guide the optimal setting of PMT voltages to ensure both dim and bright signals are captured without saturation or loss. Single-color beads simplify spectral overlap correction in multicolor panels.
