Poly(methyl methacrylate) particles

Poly(methyl methacrylate) Spheres: 100 nm – 200 µm

Our monodisperse poly(methyl methacrylate) particles (non-crosslinked or crosslinked) are prepared using radical initiated polymerization techniques such as emulsion polymerization, dispersion polymerization, or suspension polymerization. They are available in a wide diameter range from 100 nm to 200 µm in more than 70 discrete particle sizes.

PMMA spheres are frequently used in biomedical engineering, microfluidics, and materials research due to their biocompatibility and chemical resistance. Their customizable size, surface properties, and polymer architecture make them ideal for applications such as drug delivery systems, tissue scaffolds, and functional coatings in diagnostics and electronics.
