Size Calibration Standards for Flow Cytometry

Ensure precision and consistency in your flow cytometry experiments with our high-quality calibration beads, which are made from highly monodisperse polystyrene microspheres with low coefficient of variation (CV < 1,2 %). These size calibration standards can be used to validate the forward scatter (FSC) and side scatter (SSC) parameters, which are crucial for assessing cell size and granularity.

Fluorescence Calibration Standards:

Our fluorescence calibration particles ensure reliable evaluation of your detector’s sensitivity. The fluorescence standards consist of 3 µm polystyrene particles with embedded fluorescent dye with defined Mean Fluorescence Intensity (MFI) values. This allows you to reliably and reproducibly adjust the voltage optimization of your photomultiplier tubes (PMTs) in your flow cytometer.

Thus you can ensure both dim and bright signals are captured without saturation or loss.  These Single-color beads simplify spectral overlap correction in multicolor panels.
